Athenry Equestrian Centre offers lessons in all disciplines of riding and caters for beginners as well as experienced and competitive riders. Our lessons are affordable and guarantee a high level of instruction.
Our stabling is of high quality and our horses are exceptionally well looked after. Our livery fee is very affordable ad contains no hidden grass or care costs.
Detailed monthly invoices are send to each rider containing a breakdown of all standard as well as additional costs incurred during the month. These costs can include transport, medical or extra lessons costs.
Our fees have no hidden or unspecified items and all exclusions are documented in our Stabling Contract.

Stabling fees include stabling and
sawdust, grooms and grooming, 3 meals a day, adlib teff or grass, lunging, horses at paddock for more than 6 hours a day, use of any of the
facilities.
Exclude veterinary and farrier costs, and any additional costs such
as equine dentistry and supplements.
Use of the horsebox for shows, grooms at shows and an instructor at
shows available at negotiated rates depending on distance and duration.
Full Livery
R3200 per month and excludes lessons
Half Livery
R1600-00 per month and excludes lessons

Cost provides for a 1½ - 2 hour ride out on Riversands farm, accompanied by an experienced
rider, on well trained and friendly horses.
Lessons are required before
outrides, to assess riding ability, and to give beginners some confidence before
riding out.
